Go right at mile marker 292 and go approx 1/2 miles into camp, watch for the Lone Ranger Signs by the corrals. GPS coordinates: N34.33.202, W111.16.762

Description
Great riding area at a cool elevation. Enjoy the beautiful canyon areas along Clear Creek and Kinder Draw. You can have breakfast at the Clints Well restaurant one morning, it's close by.

Hwy 260 east of Payson, past Kohls Ranch to top of Mogollon Rim, at the top turn north on Rim Road FSR300 towards Woods Canyon Lake, go past the Woods Canyon Lake turn off and continue to FSR9350 turn left and go to campsites C5 and C6. Description
Cool riding in the tall pines at an elevation of 7500 feet. Great well groomed trails around a nice area. We'll have lunch by Carr Lake.

Directions:  From Payson - North on State Route 87 - just north of mile post 287 is FR147 (Potato Lake Rim Road), turn right (East) on Potato Lake Rim Road or FR147.  Continue S.E. to FR 613 and turn right, just a short distance (1/4 mile or less) open area for camping on the left. Directions:  From Phoenix - North on I-17 to Camp Verde, East on State Route 260 to State Route 87 and turn North on State Route 87 - just north of mile post 287 is FR147 (Potato Lake Rim Road), turn right (East) on Potato Lake Rim Road or FR147.  Continue S.E. to FR 613 and turn right, just a short distance (1/4 mile of less) open area for camping on the left. Description
Saturday's ride will take us from Poverty Draw to Kinder Springs & Jones Crossing with plenty of Arizona Trail Riding through the Canyons back into camp.   Sunday's ride will take us through some scenic areas and some cross country to Potato Lake.

East on FS514 2.6 miles to FS550 rd, North on FS550 about 1/4 mile to first right turn, open meadow with some pre existing sites in trees. GPS coordinates N35.25.103, W111.42.744

Description
Great views of the San Francisco Peaks, Painted Desert and Grand Canyon Rim . Should be good for the larger rigs. No immediate water but tank 1/2 mile NW of the site.

Hwy I-17 to Camp Verde ,Hwy 260 east to Hwy 87, turn left (east) to Clints Well Store, turn north on Mormon Lake highway (Hwy 3) to Gooseberry Springs Rd. which is just past mile marker 312, then east about 2 miles to Gooseberry Springs, watch for the club signs. GPS coordinates: N34.49.030, W111.24.052. If the north end of the meadow is occupied we will go the the west or south area of the meadow.

Camp out in the area near Gooseberry Springs. Large grassy area with trees, water for the horses, and great trails.

Description
Ride along the creek in a beautiful red rock area. One ride can be up to Apache Maid, the other along the creek to a nicely wooded area. The trail head is fenced, gravel covered, and has a rest room.

Directions
In Wickenburg turn right on El Recreo Dr. just west of the Tastee Freeze, go north to Constellation Rd. and continue on Constellation RD. to the Rodeo Grounds. Across from the rodeo grounds is the camp. Look for the LR signs. There is a camping fee of $5.00 per night.

Description
ANNUAL CHRISTMAS RIDE AND GIFT EXCHANGE. The ride takes us on an awesome trail out to one of the most beautiful crested saguaro's you will ever see. There are nice trails all over the area here. The ride is
followed by the fun Christmas potluck dinner and gift exchange. If you wish to participate in the gift exchange battle please bring a wrapped gift worth at least $10.00. For the potluck, the club will furnish ham and turkey.

Potluck dinner on Saturday at 5:00 PM.
